Contest Rules

We request everyone to play by the rules when taking part in the CuteBabyVote Baby Photo Contest. We expect all the participants to respect contest rules. Please read all the rules for the “CuteBabyVote Baby Photo Contest” carefully:

1. This is a free contest and held every month. It is open to kids aged up to 8 years and everyone can participate from any part of the world.
2. The contest starts on every 1st day of the month and ends on last day of the month. E.g. The registration of January contest will start on 1st January and ends on 31st January.
3. The voting starts on every 1st day of the month and ends on 5th day of the next month. E.g. The voting lines of the January contest starts on 1st January & ends on 5th February.
4. Everyone can vote for the participant after every 30 minutes at our website from any part of the world.
5. The result will be declared on 10th day of the next month. E.g. Result of January contest will be declared on 10th of February.
6. You can find your baby votes and rank on your baby voting page above voting button. Please note that the current votes and rank are not final because final votes and rank will be calculated at the time of result.
7. The final votes are calculated on the basis of your CuteBabyVote Baby Photo Contest votes – Double of Cheat votes (if any). At the time of result, all votes will be validated and cheats will be removed. Contestants with genuine votes wins the contest.
8. Top 51 winners based on the highest votes in the contest will be announced on our result page.
9. Participation certificates will be given to all the participants with equal to or more than 500 votes in the contest after the result only.
10. Prizes will be given to the winner as per the rank-wise prize details list of the contest month.
11. The winners must claim the prize from their voting page within 5 days after the result is announced. In case of no claim, we will cancel the prize for the respective winner and similarly participation certificate can be downloaded only within 15 days after the result announcement.
12. Your winning prize is cancelled if you have entered a wrong email address other than registered email address or your ID proof is mismatched while claiming the prize.
13. If the winning contestant lives outside India, then the winner can send us Indian address of any friend or relative for the shipment of the gift or We will ship the prize of the same value from your country local e-commerce store. In case if you won the Amazon shopping voucher then we will send you the equivalent value voucher in your country currency.
14. We can ask for baby age proof from the winning entries. If the age of the winner is above 8 then we will cancel your winning prize and your entry will be marked as disqualified.
15. We have robust and authenticated voting system to ensure a fair play and spam-free environment in CuteBabyVote Baby Photo Contest. In order to improve fairness between the contestants and give everyone the equal opportunity to win, the voting protection via Facebook login or Google login is mandatory for the top entries to get votes. These protections can be applied to any contestant at any time in case of spam voting detection.
16. If we found any fake/proxy/spammed votes or suspicious activity in your voting logs, then the entry will be deactivated for some time period or disqualified from the contest without any prior notice or warning. We have all the voting logs for each entry and 8 layers of fraud protection. It’s very easy for us to detect those invalid votes. Double of the proxy votes will be deducted in the final result.
17. If your baby has secured a Top 3 position in any of our previous monthly contests, then that baby is not allowed to participate again in any future contests and their real brother or sister are allowed to participate again only after 1 year from the month you last won.
18. If your baby has secured a position between Rank 4 and Rank 51, you can participate again only after 6 months from the month you last won. This rule helps ensure that every parent and baby gets a fair and equal chance to win.
19. If we find that any family member or cousin of a past winner is participating and continuously appearing in top positions using unfair or repeated voting methods, their entry will be immediately deleted and considered ineligible for prizes. CuteBabyVote reserves the right to remove any entry that appears to manipulate votes or misuse the contest system.
20. All the entries in the contest are automatically approved by our system, but in case if we found any fake information or any star/celebrity baby photo in our contest then your entry to the contest will be disqualified immediately. In case of multiple entries, duplicate entries will be deleted from the contest.
21. In case of any disputes or failure to adhere to these rules in any way, CuteBabyVote reserve all the rights to disqualify any entry from the contest. All decisions made by our team are final in all aspects related to the contest.
